Los Vertigos place emphasis on performing the music of songwriters and bands from Texas; both rock and country, past and present, which are in the national as well as the local spotlight. Los Vertigos are a “cover band with an edge,” explains vocalist, Rene Silva. “We are proud of our regional cultural and musical roots which set us apart from the homogeneous sounding bands in the rest of the country and defines our identity.”

Los Vertigos are also members of the Houston, Texas branch of the American Roots-Rock Coalition (ARRC).

Soul Purpose is a 4-person band of hard-working professionals in Houston who share a common love for old-school R&B, Funk and Blues. The band consists of lead singer Cynthia Williams, a soulful vocal powerhouse; lead guitarist Simon Lugg; bass player Gray Hall; and drummer Roger Melz.
